Hello, I am having problems setting up this printer.
An administrator password has been put into place but I am unable to log in using it.
Even after using both 'admin' and 'ADMIN' as the username it is not letting me proceed using the password I just put in.
I have already spent multiple hours on trying to log in or clear the password but I have not made any progress.
Can you tell me the way to reset this printer to factory defaults?
thank you and best regards,
-Timon

@blazingtimon, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
