Unable to connect my HP laserjet M110owe online. It continues to say its offline after I followed the directions

That’s a frustrating issue — if your LaserJet printer won’t go online, the first thing I’d check is whether it’s properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. Make sure the SSID and password are correct, and that the printer’s signal is strong. It also helps to update the printer’s firmware and your computer’s printer driver, since mismatches can cause connection problems. Finally, double-check your firewall or antivirus settings — they might be blocking communication with the printer.
