I dont know if this is the proper place , but i need assistence , im unable to connect to my HP account through the HP Smart app it keeps asking me to check my date and time, printer shows up on both phones ipad and PC as well as a laptop but on personal PC it wont let me login, and when i click create new account the window pops up and immedieatly disappears .

Is this only happening with your personal PC? Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.
