Hi there,

I would ilke to adjust some permission settings on our printers, users don't appear to have permission to cancel their own jobs. Does anyone know where these options are please?

thank you

Are you trying to cancel print jobs at the machine level or on their workstations? On the machine you will need to go into the embedded web server, go to the Security tab and find Access control functions and ensure that guests have rights to delete jobs. Unless users have to authenticate at the printer, in which case you will need to allow device users to delete jobs but can leave guests disabled.
