Product: laserjet 200 color MFP M276NW
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

The scan-to-email functionality suddenly stopped working two or three years ago. I've just been scanning to a USB. I teach computers and networking and but have not been able to figure out why the system says my username and password suddenly no longer work when they work everywhere else and worked flawlessly when I first set up the system. I've deleted and reconfigured the outgoing email profile, but nothing has worked. Suggestions?

Hi,

A standard Yahoo Mail password will be rejected due to security changes to Yahoo some years back.

 

You should generate a third-party app password and use it for your printer, among your username (only the part prior to @yahoo.com), this should allow the printer to access a Yahoo mail account:
