Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂
Thank you for posting on HP Forums, MKazi is at your service.
I understand that you have setup scan to a network folder from your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw printer and need assistance to find information about it. I'll be glad to help.
During my research, I came across this HP video which explains in detail how to setup and use the scan to a network folder. At 2 minutes and 4 seconds, it shows where you can find the folder name where the scanned images go to. This way you can find the folder name and search for it in your computer.
Also, if you would like to change the destination folder where the scans go to, please follow the below steps:
-
Search Windows for 'HP', click your printer model name in the results to open HP Printer Assistant, and then click Scan a Document or Photo to open HP Scan.
-
Click one of the shortcuts, and then click Advanced Settings or More.
-
Click Destination, click Browse next to the Save Location or Save To Folder box, select the folder in the Browse for Folder window, and then click OK.
-
Click OK or the Save icon
in the shortcut to save the folder location. -
Repeat these steps for each scan shortcut, depending on where you want to save different scan job types.
I sincerely hope this information helps. Keep me posted for any further questions.
Cheers! 🙂
