Hi, I am trying to print coloured images on matte white paper which is a high quality self-adhesive paper, even when selecting matte paper, the paper jams. Why is this and can you help?
Many thanks and hope everyone is safe and well!

Does the paper meet the weight specifications that the printer can handle. Is the media very smooth? Does the paper feed part way and jam or not feed at all? If the paper is heavier you may want to try setting everything in label mode as it will force the printer to print slower and that might allow it to feed properly.

Hello and thanks so much for your message, it's much appreciated! The paper goes part way and jams before printing, it is matte. I'll try setting everything in label mode - I can't find out how to do this - can you tell me hopw to set this up? Thanks, again! Vanessa
