Vertical Streaks Printing from HP Color LaserJet CP4025

Getting the vertical black streaks from our LaserJet CP4025 printer. Changed out the toner, and is still happening. Streaks cary from very dark to light. 

Any advice on a self-help solution would be appreciated!

Hi DanRan87,

Since you have already changed the black toner cartridge and the problem persists, the next thing to check is the ITB (Intermediate Transfer Belt). Remove the ITB, inspect it for any damage, clean its toner waste department with a toner vacuum cleaner and see if there are any bits stuck between its blade and the belt.

Also, check if the toner collection unit is full and needs replacement.

Try and do 3x full colour calibrations in a row.

If all of the above fails, replace the ITB.
