The default credential information is normally documented in the User Guide for the model.

 

I would try the following:

UserID: <blank>

Pass: admin

 

If the default credentials from the user guide do not work then someone changed them to a unique value.  You would have to Cold Reset the printer to restore them to the defaults.  Let us know if you need help with the steps for that process.
