HP Laserjet 5225N

Hi Expert,

I need help regarding warranty claim issue regarding one of my office printer HP Laserjet 5225N. We purchased this printer 5 months back and due to unknown reason its transfer kit got faulty. We sent the printer to HP service center in Pakistan but they said transfer kit is not under warranty. 

We arranged new transfer kit and was replaced by vendor. This transfer kit also got faulty in couple of days and again was sent to HP service center. Again they refused to claim and responded that transfer kit is not under warranty. 

 

Kindly guide me how to proceed further.

Original transfer kit should have same warranty as printer or to rated page count. What do you mean by faulty?

Thanks for your reply. Printer has hardly printed 1000 pages. First time transfer kit foil was completely came out of printer in pieces. We sent to HP service center for repair and they said damage is due to user negligence. We arranged new transfer kit and sent to repair center. They installed transfer kit and sent us back printer. Within 2 days end user again complaint that same sound is coming from printer and when we opened transfer kit, condition is attached in below image. When we again sent printer to HP service center, they again said its user fault. Our company has been using Navigator paper and all other HP printers are in use for years.

 

I need guidance from this forum how can I contact HP and send them case to look in. What warranty HP has been providing and how they secure there customers from service centers from looting money in illegal way.
