Web JetAdmin Data Collection saying Device Error.

I have one model of machine MFP E77650 installed on WJA 10.4 (SR5) all with the same configuration and all on the same network.

One or two device will communicate with the Data Collection but others wont. They particularly seem to fail on the Supply Utilization option. Some have collected information but when prompted manually too fail:

Anyone any suggestions on what i can try???

Check the firmware revisions you are running, There were some issues with supplies tracking on a couple of revisions of firmware. The issue was resolved in 4.10.01

I'm guessing this is the version of WJA your talking about?

I'll only be able to download the most recent version i think to upgrade this but I've had issue with that as well, which is why i installed an older version thinking it would be more reliable.

if you could explain in more detail what your talking about it would be appreciated. Firmware of the WJA or Devices and how one would go about doing said Firmware if its WJA.
