Hello,

 

I have just bought a new printer but I have never used a HP one. 

I'm trying to add the printer to hp connected but it doesn't want to print the info page with the request code. 

 

Any advice?

is the "web services" already enabled?

Yes, but it keeps disconnecting and when I try to re-enable it takes a long time
