What are these on  my printer?  I have two printers.  It is not the toner cartridge.  The toners work fine in one.  It's just the one printer doing this.  These are kinda like crusties that will scratch off with my fingernail.  I don't see anything in the printer that looks dirty.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

It looks like bits of toner that were stuck to the fuser and have come off. Try to run a cleaning page on the printer. It could still be the cartridge. It might have a small toner leak and that slowly builds up until it starts causing problems.

Thanks for your response Repairatrooper.  I tried the cleaning page a few times with no luck.  It is definitely not the cartridge though.  I have a small printing business and I've tried four different toner cartridges.  They all work in my other printer.  Is it possible to physically clean the fuser rather than running the cleaning page?

Oh, and here's something weird that may have something to do with it.  It's printing extremely slow.  I just timed it.  Eight pages per minute.

Solved my problem.  My printer default was set to print on a heavy envelope.  Set it back to plain paper and it's all better.  Thank you for your time and suggestions.  Maybe this solution can help you help someone else in the future, LOL!  🙂  Have a nice day!
