What is a 50.7F.00 fuser error message on a LaserJet Enterprise  M605.

-   turn on and turn off machine .
-  machine is Ready.

- Take a moment .

- Machine is Error  50.7F.00

Hi pakorn,

 

This error is caused because the fuser pressure roller is not releasing from the heating roller.

 

- Remove the fuser and check it for any damage.

- Re-install the fuser.

- If the error persists, replace the fuser:

 

Fuser kit (110V) part number: E6B67-67901

or

Fuser kit (220V) part number: E6B67-67902

 

depending on the country you live
