Product: HP LaserJet M402dne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the problem in printing documents. when I print, shortly the printer show as if it is printing then soon it displays the message in its screen as "plain, Letter".  When printing the instructions comes out describing the case of job storage. How can I deal with this problem so as I print?

If it says "Load Plain Letter" then you just have to set the paper type for the tray you are feeding from to "Plain" or "Any".
