HP Color Laserjet 1600
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Page prints well but a blue streak is very present on the right side of the page.  Upon opening the front I see a large amount of blue toner build up on the rotating translucent type roll located on the inside of the door.  Can this rotating blet looking device  be cleaned and if so what do I clean it with?  Photo below shows printed page and device inside printer which appears to have toner buildup.  Any advice here is appreciated.  ThanksThanks!IMG_20190216_104844367_HDR.jpgIMG_20190216_104757392.jpg

Bad cyan toner cartridge needed to be replaced.

The black film like is called ETB (Electronic Transfer Belt) which has no need to clean if all toner cartridges are good then it will be cleaned all by itself automatically.
