Trying to add my ENVY 7640 printer to my Dell Windows 10 laptop. Keep getting message 'Enter the WPS PIN for your printer'. Many HP people have said to check the documentation or check the router, that does not work. HP seems fixiated on the router or printer documentation which is not the case.
Based upon other user posts I was able to get mine to show on my computer by 'Adding Printers and Scanners' select did not list or find. Then do 'Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname' I printed out the HP Network Configuration Page and entered the Wireless IP address.
Come on HP Support! Got to do better!
