Dear Support
I'm trying to setup Google Cloud Print on Laserjet M106w and have one stupid question:
where is OK button on this printer?
I need it to confirm printer registration.
I tried:
- to open/close top "top cartridge access door", but didn't get a result.
- to press resume/cancel button
p.s. please change your instructions to cover such "simple" as well

Thank you for responding,
I'm glad it's worked out for you & to keep you informed, I have redirected your feedback to the concerned team to make sure it's implemented, although the implementation part would take a long time, I'll keep in touch with them, for you!
I think we can both agree at this point that there are other people within the HP Forums community or otherwise, who could benefit from our conversation and if you don't mind, clicking on accept as solution, it would be great.
That said, If you have any other concerns or queries, do not hesitate to ask as we'll be glad to help,
And have a good day ahead.
Stay blessed!

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Riddle_Decipher, is at your service (Like a Genie, however, without magic powers) 😉
I recommend using the wireless button as it should work same as the OK on the touchscreen device, to set up the cloud print services, for more details on setting it up: Click here

Thank you for responding,
This is the Riddle_Decipher, again!
I'm glad the WiFi button is working fine, that said, I've done some research and it looks like you should be able to move on to Method# 2 on the link I had shared earlier, as the OK button on Method#1 is printer dependent and your printer doesn't have an "OK" button as such.
That said, you can also follow the steps mentioned on this link: Click here to set up the Google Cloud Print on your device.
Keep us posted,
(We shall troubleshoot as a team, fight till the end and emerge victorious)
If you would like to thank us for our efforts to help you,

Dear Riddle_Decipher
Sorry, I didin't write that I tried to register printer via "Claim Sheet" but I just didn't work: it failed
every time without any explanation.
I spent 2 days trying to configure this feature and it was very frustrating experience.
Good news: I did it. After firmware update. Claim sheet was generated after that in a second.
So you can close the discussion.
p.s. here there are some points from my experience(as an experienced IT user):
1) HP has overcomplicated site: I have to click and click and click to find out the driver and firmware.
It is easy to find the printer page, but then I click to "drivers" buttons I have to search for printer model again. why?
2) firmware update utility is not infomative: no any information about current firmware version, and now any information about new firmware. Utility do something and at the end I didn't get a "firmaware successfully completed" message. "Update" button was disabled and only "Exit" button was available.
I didn't find how to check for new firmaware on printer web page, just lot of information.
3) "Claim sheet" part on printer web page should provide more information to user in case of failed registration
4) and please update your web site and printer paper documentation, I mean "Ok button" part. If you search the forum you will find out that for 102 model some expert suggusted to open and close... and it looks strange. You suggested me to use Wi-Fi button and as you know it didn't help. and it(different sollutions on same questions) is really strange from "user" point of view
Hope this information will help somebody, who will by m102-106 models.
