Why is my printer's IP Address still in http: protocol (non-secured) and not in https: protocol ? Shouldn't HP fix that ?

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The printer’s IP address will be in HTTP only as it is the IP address provided by your router. To make any website secure you need to buy an SSL certification and install it and it is usually done when you have a website.
You cannot make a printer IP address secure as it is not a website. That said, the printer EWS page which you access is protected with a password and should be connected to the same network.
