Printer shows that it is connected to router - but Status is off. When I attempt to go into Network Setup it will not accept the password. How can I reset the password?

I understand that your HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw printer appears to be connected to the router and status is off. When you attempt to go to network setup, it does not accept the password and therefore you would like to reset the password.

We will have to reset the printer and that should remove the password. However, the reset will completely restore the printer to it's original factory settings.

I haves sent you a private message with the reset instructions.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted. All the best!
