Laserjet Pro MFP m277dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

We are having some issues with our Laserjet Pro MFP m277dw printer.

As seen in the picture below, there is a wide smudge that goes across the entire print.

Been running a few cleaning pages and the same smudge appears

Looking closely at the printed page, you can see that it has a copy the printed items/texts.

Might it be the transfer belt that needs a cleaning? And how does one do it

Thanks in advance!

That is more consistent with a bad cartridge, and as it appears to be a single color, then likely it is a bad black cartridge. Transfer belt issues normally result in a multicoloured defect.
