Hello all,
When I got the printer a few weeks ago I was able to set up the wifi and wireless printing was great. Soon after the wifi light is not on and I cannot find the printer on the network. While connecting to the printer via USB, I can see on the easy print manager the network config of the printer, and no matter what I do (reset to default, manual IP) it just doesn't work. Connecting via the direct wifi works. How can I hard reset the printer?
Thanks in advance,
Ori

Hi @oreo101
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Let us restore the network settings on the printer
To test if the wireless feature is working on the printer, let us print a network configuration report
Use the WPS method to connect the printer on the wireless network.
Refer to this document to know how.
Try printing.
If you do not have the full-featured driver installed on the PC, click here to download the same.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Kumar,
Thanks for that but the problem still persists. It did not revert to the default settings but I know the manual IP of the printer. I cannot connect to it via the regular wireless network, only when I connect to the direct-03-hp network I am able to log in to the web admin page.
I need to hard reset the printer or maybe it is just faulty.
Any suggestions on how to go about that?
Thanks in advance,
Ori
