Will not print color. Test page is in color.

I have heard there is a problem and a fix, but I am not a tech. Just can turn it on and off.

I finally got it to work.

1. Type to search: Apps & Features
2.  in the list of installed programs, click your HP printer name, and then click Uninstall

3. restart computer

4.open Control Panel
5. Click Devices and Printers, right-click the icon for your printer , and then click Remove Device.

I uninstalled the HP Smart app, too.

6. Then I went to the Microsoft Store and installed, the HP Smart app (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/hp-smart/9wzdncrfhwlh?rtc=1#activetab=pivot:overviewtab)

7. Launched HP Smart and followed directions. I can now print in color.
