Windows 10 1703 update will not install LJ M401n drivers

We recently did a clean install of Window 10 Creator  (v1703) to our desktop and we cannot install any  of the driver packages from the SupportSite or from the printer (embedded USB drive/disk).  

Attempted:

upd-ps-x64-6.4.1.22169

upd-pcl6-x64-6.4.1.22169

upd-plc6-usb-setup-x64-6.4.1.22169

HP Online install

HP Smart Install (does not recognize the USB attached device as a printer but does as an embedded drive).

If anyone has a work around or a solution to this, i would love to hear.

We finally "resolved" our issue by the following.

>Disconnect the USB to the printer

>Uninstalled all HP Software

>Applied MS updates to current

>Disable the HP Smart setup on the printer which added the external drive

>Reboot

>Login

>Once up and able to open applications, then connect the USB.  MS installed the driver automatically.
