Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a HP LAser Jet 1320n printer for my Windows 10 and it says the printer is not recognised when I plug in the USB cable.

I tried downloading the driver from HP but that download doesn't even open (DOT4)

 

Any suggestions please?

The driver for the 1320n listed does not install the printer.
