Hey, I got a new printer. My computer is a surface pro X. Having trouble getting my WPS PIN to load print driver on my server. This code is not in the box or on the printer. Not sure why the printer, surface pro x, and the google wireless router are not talking to each other. Please advise. Appreciate your response.

First, make sure that the printer is connecting to a 2.4 Ghz wireless and not 5 Ghz. You will likely need to change the SSID on the 2.4 Ghz channel of the router to ensure te printer connects to the 2.4. If it connects to the 5 Ghz channel it will appear to try to connect but the wireless in the printer does  not support 5 Ghz communications.
