Wireless printer setup

Wireless from laptop with Windows 10 is fine.  

Wireless from android (Samsung S8) does not.  Confirmed printer and phone are on same network.  

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling HP plugin and HP smart. Fail

Tried printing using dropbox. Fail

I am hoping there is some simple solution that I am overlooking.  Never had this much issue with a printer!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print from your android phone.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you uninstall the HP smart app from the phone and then download and install it again and check if it helps.
