Product: HP ENVY 5000
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and older

I just finished  installing my ENVY 5000 laserjet printer and successfully printed and scanned the alignment page.  However, when I print, some words are streched and curve downwards at the beginning and ends of sentences.   Can you help?  The online HP Doctor only seems to be available for Windows (not MAC).

The problem corrected itself after I unplugged the unit and then plugged it back in after a few minutes.
