Wrong Ink sent

I am a member of HP Instant Ink.

I do not print very often.

I recently ran out of Black Ink and had replacements on hand from which HP had sent to me.

Upon opening I relised that they were the wrong size.

I need 302 and have noticed that I had received (quite some time ago) 63/302 which are too big.

I had to go and buy a replacement myself.

What do I with the Cartridges that are no use to me Black (now opened) and Tricolour not opened ?.

Also how do I let HP know about this and to make sure it does not happen agin ?.

You have the correct cartridges.  They are bigger like the email you got and the web page says.

Hi,

This is the correct in cartridge, HP Instant Ink cartridges are larger than those in the market and those fit..

See Step2 below, The end of an HP Instant Ink cartridge might stick out further than standard ink cartridges, but your printer is designed to work with larger ink cartridges.:
