Hi @Audrey_May,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand how worrying it can be to see a charge after cancelling your Instant Ink subscription, and we’re here to help resolve this quickly.

Why You May See a Charge

When you cancel Instant Ink, the subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you printed pages during that final cycle, one last charge may appear. This is normal and covers usage before cancellation was completed.

What You Can Do

  1. Verify Cancellation Status
  2. Check Billing Details
    • Review your last billing cycle dates and page count.
    • If the charge does not match your usage or you believe it’s incorrect, we’ll assist you.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
