Laserjet Pro 200 color MFP m276nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I started seeing yellow stains along the whole length of each page on both left and right edges. This happens with multi-page documents. The first few pages come out okay. It then gets progressively worse, starting with yellow and then magenta discoloration. I have done all the diagnostics, cleaning, Scan Doctor 5.1 test page comes out okay. I have put in all new cartridges but the problem persists. Any suggestions?

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

I think that the ITB belt is not being cleaned properly.I would recommend that you get the service manual on how to remove the ITB belt. This is a bit more complicated and some covers needs to be removed. This is also a very sensitive part and should be handled with care.Hope this information will help.
