The only workaround I found was to use an older Firefox browser that did not have the new security restrictions.

HP was not able to provide instructions on how to resolve with the latest browsers such as Chrome or Safari.

That really doesn't help going forward. It is not an easy task to downgrade a browser.

HP need to get up to speed on this.
