Thanks for letting me know the self-test isn't printing either @goivagoi.
It looks like an issue either with the toner, hardware or the fuser.
Power cycle the printer and try the self-test again: Printing Information Pages.
Are you using Genuine HP Toner?
What is the toner level?
Were you able to print previously with this toner?
If this is a new toner, make sure all the orange packing material and the seal is removed from the toner and any packing material inside the printer. Here is a picture of the toner and the orange packing material that needs to be removed.
Inspect the toner cartridge for damage:
1. Remove the toner cartridge from the product and verify that the sealing tape has been removed.
2. Check the memory chip for damage.
3. Examine the surface of the imaging drum on the bottom of the toner cartridge.
CAUTION: Do not touch the roller (imaging drum) on the bottom of the cartridge.
Fingerprints on the imaging drum can cause print-quality problems.
4. If you see any scratches, fingerprints, toner or other damage on the imaging drum, replace the toner.
5. If the imaging drum does not appear to be damaged, rock the toner cartridge gently several times and reinstall it. Print a few pages to see if the problem has resolved.
Please provide in detail the results if the issue persists.
Thanks!

Greetings @goivagoi,
Thanks for accessing the HP Support Forums for extra support! I see that you are getting a blank page when trying to print. I would be happy to help you.
Try and print a hardware self-test on the printer to find out if it is a hardware or software issue: Printing a Configuration Report.
Here is a document for Redistributing the Toner.
You can try the steps in this document to see if they will help with this issue: Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues.
Are you using Genuine HP Toner?
What is the toner level?

Hello @Gemini02
Please give me more effective answer. This answer mean nothing. I have had done all the things you listed above. I printed a report manually by hardware self test. It still print out white blank page.
I have seen this answer on other questions and I see here this is a prompt answer not a real one. Could you please be some incisive.
Thanks
