When I print 8.5x11 sheets, I am getting black marks along the 11 inch right side. Looks similar to a roller mark that repeats, but only on right side of paper. See attached picture.test.jpg

Perform a half test. Open the paper trays and put a sheet of paper on the manual tray in front. Print the same page and when the back edge of the paper enters the printer, quickley open the toner door to stop printing. Now remove the toner and look at the image below. If the defect is present, the toner cartridge is defective and needs to be replaced. If the defect is not present, then the fuser probably has an issue and will need to be replaced.

We did the half page test and we also checked the scanner in the printer. The toner works fine in another printer so it is not the toner.

It seems, by the image you have uploaded, that your fuser needs to be replaced. Check your fuser if it has any damage and particular near the edges.
