Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Brand new out of the box, newly installed the printer makes very loud squeaking noises when printing. Loud. Doesn't sound normal. I removed all shipping tape per instructions.

Thanks Davidzuts,

 

For future reference a troubleshooting suggestion by a technician apparently solved the problem. Opening front door and removing each toner cartridge and replacing with same. Squeaking sound gone.

If new it should have a warranty. Call hp customer care for assistance and if they can not solve over the phone they will offer options to exchange printer.
