Product: laserjet M15W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Tried to print lecture several papers for seminary. Any help will be much appreciated

Hi,

Is the printer connected with a USB or wirelessly?

 

Can you see the power light solid lit, or can you see it or any other light on the printer blinks?

 

Try following the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility as a start and check if that may help:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
