Product: HP Laserjet 4200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

We have a q2425A HP Laserjet 4200 with a Q2438A Envelope Feeder. Prints stand envelopes with no problem out of Word 2010 but I can not get it to print an 8.25 x 6 custom size envelope.

Hi,

The optional Q2438A envelope feeder do not support custom sized paper, it only support standard envelope sizes as listed on page 185 of its user guide below:

A Custom paper size envelope can only be printed from Tray 1, Tray 2 or an optional 500-sheet tray as listed on page 62.
