Suddenly, I cannot print and it says only printer validation failed? How can I remedy this?

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. 

 

Before we get into troubleshooting, I would like to ask you a few questions to get a clear picture of what's going on with the Printer.

 

1. From where are you Printing? (Computer or Phone)? If it's a Computer, let us know the Operating System installed on it, if it's a phone, let us know which phone it is.

2. How is the Printer and device you're printing from connected? (USB, wireless)

3. Please let us know the exact Printer name.
