Product: HP LaserJet Pro M428f-M429f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
everything works with the printer. even if I test the scanner it fails. when I try to scan from the desktop ,or from the printer to the desktop, it gives me" a problem has occurred while being scanned, Check with,,,,,,,". I've deleted and unloaded printer drivers, etc, multiple times with same results. yes, I know. insanity
