Product: hp laserjet 400 401n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The door won't close, the pin on the top left of the door cannot enter the receptacle.  This happened after pulling paper out of the printer due to a paper jam.

HP Recommended

Check your toner cartridge that it's fully inserted and seated correctly. Maybe take it all the way out and then put it back in firmly to be sure it's in all the way.  I've seen this cause problems in closing the door.
