I have recently re-connected my printer after a couple of months of it being unused. The systems are all telling me that the ink levels are approx half full still. I have cleaned and aligned the printer several times. I have been paying for the instant ink but cant find a way to request new cartridges to see if this is the issue as I think they may have dried up (frustrating when ive been paying forthe service for months and months and have only received one set of replacement cartridges in two years and now I want to use the printer for its original intended purpose I can't print anything!!)

I dont have the 'chat' option on the home page for my account. I just seem to go around in circles with filling in a form to give my details and then being sent to a page telling me that my printer is out of warrenty and that I have this forum or a chargeable option for a tech to call me and talk me through things - can seem to find an option regarding just the cartridges!!!
