Thanks for your help & sorry for late reply, i think that we reach to the solution if you said yes

-i follow your instructions & once i open the setting i found the favorite region & language,but it was disable (Is this which we search about it?)

-then i tried to enter advanced setting to search inside each tab but can`t continue because of printer status changed to unknown.

-this problem appear every time i will explain it below:

at hp smart app. it work well at first time & when i try to open tabs or buttons the status of printer changed to unknown or app. delay like not responding & this case didn`t end till i reset the power for printer (sometimes more than one time), So for this problem i can`t search completely & needs to long time to can catch a chance to see what inside each tab.

i already delete the printer & install your driver but i found that some feature become disable inside hp smart like advanced setting.

for hp smart problem (some sections or tab was disabled) , now its working & visible

i don`t know what is the reason

any how can you send to me a screen shot for which tab should i pressed inside advanced setting because i can`t catch the langue tab by luck.

or if there is method to reset to factory default? & if there is any setting should i do after reset?
