i recently changed my wifi network. My laserjet pro m102 is still connected to the old wifi, and i cant seem to change it to the new one. I can still print from my mobile on HP direct but am keen to print from my apple computer again.

In trying to solve it, i removed the printer from my apple computer, which i think made the problem worse as now i cannot go in to that programm and change the settings. So my only option is to factory reset the printer and repeat the installation process, but i cannot seem to find anywhere how to factory reset.

The test report from the printer also states that the names of the printer SSID and the computer SSID do not match.

I hope someone can help, many thanks!

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

It sounds like the printer is not connected to your home WiFi network, the easiest way to connect HP LaserJet Pro M102 Printer to a wireless network is by using Wireless Protected Setup(WPS). However the router should support WPS, if your wireless router has a WPS button on it, the use the steps below to connect the printer to your home WiFi:

1.) On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button  for 5 seconds.

2.) Release the button when the wireless light starts blinking.

3.) Within two minutes, press and release the WPS button on your wireless router.

4.) Wait up to two minutes while the printer and router establish a network connection.

After the printer connects to the network, the wireless light is on and steady.

Let me know how it goes!
