CP1215
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I belive I need to replace the drive roller(s) on my CP1215 printer.  I origionally had a legitment paper jam and after I removed the paper it started showing a feed problem.  When looking through the paper feed draw slot I see that it isn't grabbing the paper.  If I try to lift a sheet into the rollers it does process so it appears the problem is either in the rollers or the paper lifting components.  The large drive roller looks cracked so I'm hoping its that roller or something easier. I suspect it may even be that the roller is out of adjustment with the paper lift mechinism.  My problem is I can't find how to remove the roller.  I saw on a different model that if you do a combinatioin of button pushing it puts the roller in a position to remove it.  I don't have those buttons on  a 1215, nor a menu.  So can  someone tell me now to remove the roller or point me to a place I can find it.  And/Or how to adjust the paper lift mechinism
