I have overrided the colors for a few weeks to print just in black and now purchased new toners and the cyan toner is not printing. When I mix the toners, put cyan to magenta slot, then the toner is printed and magenta isn’t, so it has to be something with cyan toner slot. The toner status on the other hand shows the status and printed pages.

How to make start working the cyan slot / toner, have I disabled printing of cyan somehow?

Calibrate the printer

Follow these steps to calibrate the printer.

  1. Open ToolboxFX.

    • Windows XP: Click Start (), click Programs, click HP, click your printer, and then click HP Color LaserJet CP1510 Series ToolboxFX.

    • Windows Vista: Click the Windows icon (), click All Programs, click HP, click your printer, and then click HP Color LaserJet CP1510 Series ToolboxFX.

  2. Click the Device Settings folder, and then click the Print Quality page.

  3. In the Color Calibration area, select the Calibrate Now check box.

  4. Click Apply to calibrate the printer.

    NOTE:

Calibration might take two to three minutes. Do not turn the printer off during calibration.

  5. When calibration ends, try printing again.
