Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

When I send a document to print, it prints nicely, but if I send a new document to print while it's already printing (which should be in the queue to be printed once the first job is done), it doesn't print it. So I have to wait for it to finish printing the first document before I can send the next document to print. What is the problem?
