Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer works find on double sided printing with Win 7 but will not work with Win10. Double sided printing is selected in dialogue box.

Does the dialog box show as manual duplex or automatic. It is possible that the printer driver did not configure properly and it does not know the printer has a duplex module. On your PC, go to control panel>devices and printers> and then right click on the icon for your printer, in the drop down menu select printer properties. When the new window opens click on the "device settings" tab and then scroll down in window below to "installable options" and locate the duplex function. If it shows as not installed then click it and select the drop down option for installed. Also be sure you are using an HP driver and not the Microsoft V4 Windows 10 drivers as they are flaky.
