I posted earlier and accepted solution to early. when I downloaded drivers for pro 200
when I get to end of download, it posts and error that it too to long and says to do it again and goes through what
I think is a romoval process but I am far from an expert. When I tried again last night after I calmed down
form a frustrating experience, same thing happeded. took to long to install.
Then......
Started computer to print from iphone 6 and saw 200 printer, chose that and it printed!!!!
No idea on what is happening, the previous fix suggestion was that from iobit, Advanced system care 11 pro had caused problem. I removed that and same thing happened,

I understand you have issues installing the printer software on your PC.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you tried checking with a USB connection on your PC?
I appriciate your efforts for trying out the steps before reaching out to us.
Try creating a new user account and install the printer drivers.
Try few steps recommended below.
Uninstall the printer from root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
Update the full feature printer software using this link. Click Here
