I have a HP Color Laserjet Enterprise M750 which uninstalls the Duplex Unit (for 2-sided Printer) in the Properties Device Settings everytime I shut down the computer or reboot it

What driver are you using? I would reccomend the HP Universal Print Driver over the Microsoft native drivers. If connecting via network also ensure that you are using a TCP/IP port and not a WSD port. WSD ports tend to be very problematic and what may be happening is that when you boot the computer, the delay in the printer connecting is causing the driver to reset and this is all automatic with Windows 10 unless you setup the printer as above or disable Windows from being able to manage printers.
