Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The user manual for my printer shows how to insert envelopes into the manual feed tray but it looks nothng liky my printer's manual feed tray.  You pull forward on the door above the default paper tray.  Unlike that depicted in the user manual, it does not lie flat.  Nor will the envelopes feed in the obvious slot that appears.  Pictures anyone?

If you still have problems take some photos of your printer and the part that is troubling you and post pictures here.
